Failed to fetch images from media-stg.dndbeyond.com

Description

When downloading "Forgotten Realms: Adventures in Faerûn" as HTML, the extension fails to fetch images hosted on media-stg.dndbeyond.com and the download fails even with "Fail on error" disabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Forgotten Realms: Adventures in Faerûn
2. Enable "Save as HTML"
3. Try to download
4. Download stops at "Waiting for images..." with the error above

Notes

• PDF download works perfectly, only HTML fails
• The image URL works fine when opened directly in the browser
• Other books using 'media.dndbeyond.com' work correctly
• Only books using 'media-stg.dndbeyond.com' fail

@emelgo I've had a similar bug, which I fixed one/two weeks ago. Can you check if you have the latest extension installed?
And if you do, can you give me access to the adventure through a shared campaign? I do not own the Forgotten Realms: Adventures in Faerûn on DndBeyond, as I mostly changed to pathfinder.
